LoneSlice Rewards — Friend Referral Amendment

Approved rule update dated October 31, 2026

This update applies prospectively to qualifying new invitations captured after
the coordinated referral update is published. Earlier recorded rewards and
supported pending obligations keep their original rules. No retroactive credits
or inferred historical campaign attribution are included.

ORDINARY REWARDS INVITATIONS
A new friend independently creates an account through the original ordinary
Rewards invitation, confirms their email and accepts the membership terms.
The eligible inviter earns one spendable Slice once those steps are complete.
No purchase is required. There is no limit to the number of new friends invited.
Self-invites, duplicate accounts and reinviting an existing member do not earn
another reward. A later purchase does not earn a second friend-referral Slice.
The original invitation determines the inviter and reward route; a later visit
or campaign link does not change them.

TINY SHEEP INVITATIONS
An original Tiny Sheep campaign invitation reserves the inviter's referral
reward for Tiny Sheep through November 30, 2026 instead of issuing an ordinary
referral Slice. The friend must independently join, confirm their email and
accept the membership terms before the campaign ends.
Each three qualifying new friends earns 20% off one Flock of Three, repeatedly
and without a total invitation limit: 21 qualifying friends earns seven flocks.
After November ends, each unused unit, including leftovers, converts to one
Slice. Units used for a paid flock discount never convert. Units reserved for an
unpaid order stay reserved until that order pays or is cancelled; after a
confirmed cancellation, unused units become eligible for conversion.
The campaign reservation must be disclosed before sharing the invitation.
The invited friend's own account and separate rewards remain unrestricted by
the inviter's campaign reservation.

SEPARATE PROGRAMS
Business-introduction rewards remain 10 customer Slices or 10 Partner Slices
after the business is approved and makes its first sale. The free butter knife,
purchase rewards and race rules retain their separate eligibility and terms.
Optional promotional email and text-message choices remain separate from
membership acceptance and do not change reward eligibility.

DOCUMENT HISTORY
The accepted Partner agreement LSR-PARTNER-2026-10-30 remains unchanged with its
original document hash and acceptance receipts. This dated amendment presents
the prospective friend-referral rules separately. Existing members are not
required to accept that historical agreement again by this update.
